LifeCare Communities—also known as a continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs)—provide a full continuum of care on a single campus, from fully self-reliant independent living to assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care support.
Kirby Pines LifeCare Community offers seniors a place to call home with peace of mind, stability, and security no matter what the future holds. Our residents can transition into other levels of living and access additional care as needed, without having to relocate to another community. For couples, our LifeCare Community means they never have to be apart, even if their care needs differ.
