Learn more about the people who are guiding Kirby Pines and building on our legacy as Memphis’ premier senior living community.

Our Leaders

Serving Our Community. Guiding Our Future.

As a not-for-profit senior living community, Kirby Pines is focused on residents, not returns. Our key performance indicator is seeing our residents thrive. Our leadership team understands that trust and transparency are essential for every relationship, and we’re deeply committed to earning your trust and open, honest communication with our residents, families, and employees. You are the reason we strive to fulfill our promise and achieve our mission every day.

Kirby Pines is governed by a volunteer board of directors—the ultimate decision-making and fiduciary body for the organization, responsible for our financial health, strategic direction, and long-term mission. Our board members are Memphis community leaders, bringing professional expertise across healthcare, law, finance, and civic service. Our day-to-day operations are led by Retirement Companies of America (RCA).

For more than 40 years, RCA’s sound management, innovative thinking, and trustworthy actions have contributed to Kirby Pines being voted the Best Retirement Community in Memphis and the Mid-South for 19 consecutive years. Their executive team includes:
